What is Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
As your coach, I recognize that you are the expert in your own life. With your introspection and self-awareness, and the insights of those who matter most—both personally and professionally—and my support as a coach, we’ll work together to build on your strengths, address unproductive patterns, and develop the strategies and habits that help you become more resilient, purpose-driven, and impactful.

What is Leadership Coaching?
“A leader who is self-aware enough to know that he or she is not adept at everything is one who has taken the first step toward being a great leader.” Marshall Goldsmith
Leadership coaching is a structured, collaborative process that helps leaders strengthen their effectiveness by aligning their actions with their values, goals, and the needs of those they serve.
Applying stakeholder-centered coaching principles, I will work with you to define your goals, and engage your stakeholders to offer generous feedback, recommendations for progress, and quantify your progress. You will apply a growth mindset and intentionality to practicing new behaviors that enhance both individual and collective performance. It’s not about fixing you as a leader—it’s about unlocking your capacity to lead with greater responsiveness, accountability, and impact.

What is Resilience Coaching?
Resilience coaching is a collaborative process that helps you reconnect with your purpose, replenish your energy, and restore your capacity to lead and serve with clarity and impact. It’s designed for professionals facing burnout or depletion—those who give deeply but may have lost touch with what sustains them. Together, we work to realign your values, build practical tools for renewal, and strengthen the habits that support your long-term wellbeing and effectiveness.
